After graduating from the School of Architecture at Southwest Jiaotong University, Yugui Zhu joined Beijing Railway Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd. and then later joined Beijing MoChen Architects & Engineers. He joined Shanghai TIANHUA as a senior designer in 2010; A year later he was transferred to Shanghai TIANHUA Commercial Division VIII as Technical Director and participated in the establishment of Shanghai TIANHUA Commercial Division VIII. He was also responsible for departmental technology, quality construction, and construction drawing business management; In 2014, he embraced the challenges of strategic transformation in the construction drawing business and was appointed as the General Manager of Wuhan TIANHUA Jiayi Architecture Design Co., Ltd. He led the team to effectively explore a new development course in construction drawings and achieved pronounced progress in BIM design and building industrialization (PC) design, along with certain breakthrough in EPC.
