      Yuan Yan graduated from Hefei University of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Afterwards he began his Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering at the University of Manchester. Steel structural design is his main focus. He was an honors student and graduated top of his department. 
      Prior to joining TIANHUA, he worked as a structural engineer in the Arcplus Group PLC Northwest Regional Center. He was involved in the structural design of well-known projects such as Vanke Jade Guobin and Vanke City Lights.
      He joined TIANHUA in 2018 and served as the Assistant General Manager of Xi'an Tianhua. Starting from December 2021, He served as the Assistant General Manager of Northwest TIANHUA. Starting from November 2022, He also served as the Head of the Resident Office (Taiyuan, Lanzhou, Xinjiang). Starting from November 2023, He also served as the Director of Zhengzhou Division.
